From the North:

• Take Delaware Route 1 South towards Dover.
• Route 1 will merge with Route 13 just south of Odessa, Delaware.
• Follow Route 1/13 until you approach Smyrna, Delaware. When road splits stay to the left on Route 1 (Toll Road)
• Take Exit 104 for Dover. Pay the toll ($.50) and follow the exit road .5 miles to the traffic light at Route 13.
• Go straight thru traffic light at Route 13 and straight thru the next traffic light by Delaware Tech. (.3 miles).
• Follow the road up an overpass and then as it bears to the left.
• Go straight through the next traffic light (State College Road).
• At next traffic light get in left turn lane and turn left onto Walker Road. (Hamlet Shopping Center and Wilmington Trust will be on your right at the intersection).
• Turn right into the second driveway for Walker Square.
• Dover office (840 Walker Road) is first building on left facing Walker Road. (white stucco with brick bottom).

From the South:

• Take Route 113 North towards Dover.
• In Dover, Route 113 will merge onto Route 13. Stay in the left lane.
• Take left onto Division Street at second traffic light after roads merge.
• Follow Division Street through two lights.
• At third traffic light turn right onto Governors Ave.
• Follow Governors Ave. to next traffic light and turn left at the light onto Walker Road.
• Drive straight on Walker Road through two traffic lights.
• Cross railroad tracks and turn left into Walker Square office park.
• Dover office (840 Walker Road) is first building on left facing Walker Road. (white stucco with brick bottom).

From the West:

• Cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge on Route 50/301.
• Cross the Kent Narrows Bridge on that same route.
• Shortly thereafter, Routes 50 and 301 split. Take Rte. 301 North (left hand lanes).
• At the "102" mile marker go right on Rte. 302 (blinking yellow light at the intersection).
• Go through Barclay, MD to Templeville, MD and turn right on Rte. 454.
• Take Rte. 454 to Marydel - which is both Maryland and Delaware (hence the name).
• Rte. 454 will become Rte. 8, but you won't notice. (an Eastern Shore trick).
• Take Rte. 8 into Dover.
• Pass the Greentree Village Shopping Center (See the Superfresh grocery store), the Modern Maturity Center and turn left at the light onto Saulsbury Road (Subway sandwich shop at intersection).
• At the next light turn right onto Walker Road.
• Turn right into the second driveway for Walker Square.
• Dover office (840 Walker Road) is first building on left facing Walker Road. (white stucco with brick bottom).
