Qualified Tenant Advocates Approved by Delaware Supreme Court

Effective March 1, 2022,  the Delaware Supreme Court will allow for Qualified Tenant Advocates to represent Tenants in eviction cases at court, increasing tenant access to legal aid. This makes Delaware the first state to allow non-lawyers to represent tenants who are facing eviction.
