The National Disability Rights Network (NDRN) will present the Disabilities Law Program (DLP) with the Advocacy Award in recognition of the DLP’s work to reduce the use of solitary confinement and improve conditions for inmates with mental illness in Delaware’s prisons. The award will be presented at the general session of NDRN’s 2017 Annual Conference on Thursday, June 15th in Baltimore, Maryland.
