Elder Law Program Wins Major Supreme Court Victory

CLASI’s Elder Law Program wins a major victory in the Delaware Supreme Court preserving the rent justification act for manufactured homeowners! The Court affirmed the Superior Court’s decision that found the park owners must meet all of the factors in the rent justification law in order to raise rent above inflation.
