Unidad de Representación Familiar
The Family Representation Unit works to ensure a fair and equitable child welfare system in Delaware by protecting and advancing the rights of low-income parents facing Division of Family Services intervention in the parent-child relationship, including the removal of their children. We offer holistic, multidisciplinary counsel/representation and other services to parents through our team of attorneys, paralegals, social workers, and peer mentors.
