Each day, our staff members make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients we serve. They provide critical assistance to the individuals and families who need it most, surrounded by talented colleagues who are dedicated to our common mission: combating injustice through creative and persistent advocacy on behalf of vulnerable and underserved Delawareans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our staff work to protect our clients\u2019 fundamental rights by assisting them in individual cases, helping to keep them housed, fed, and safe from violence. In addition to individual representation, they also work for systemic change through impact litigation, community education, and legislative and policy advocacy on the state and national levels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

CLASI attorneys and advocates regularly draft legislation, provide testimony before the Delaware General Assembly, author op-eds, are quoted in media outlets, and participate in many statewide, regional, and national advocacy coalitions to further the interests of our clients.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
