All individuals completing an intake in person will be asked to wear a mask and answer health screening questions.<\/p>\n<p>We will conduct intakes by phone or in person. Our offices will be open for intake as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kent County<br \/>\n<\/strong>In Person: Monday and Wednesday, 9 a.m. \u2013 4 p.m.<br \/>\nBy Phone: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. \u2013 4:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New Castle County<br \/>\n<\/strong>In Person: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. \u2013 5 p.m.<br \/>\nBy Phone: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. \u2013 5 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sussex County<br \/>\n<\/strong>In Person: Monday and Wednesday, 9 a.m. \u2013 4 p.m.<br \/>\nBy Phone: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. \u2013 4:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>All visitors\/clients\/guests entering CLASI offices must wear a mask; if they do not have one, staff can give them a CLASI-provided mask. The following health screening questions will be asked of all visitors\/clients\/guests:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>whether they are\/have been ill or exhibited symptoms over the last 10 days;<\/li>\n<li>whether they\/someone with whom they\u2019ve had close contact has been exposed to the COVID-19 virus over the past 10 days; and<\/li>\n<li>whether they\/someone with whom they\u2019ve had close contact has tested positive for the virus within the past 10 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If a visitor\/client\/guest answers yes to any of these questions, they will not be permitted to enter the office to be served in person; however, staff will serve the client virtually by phone, Zoom, and\/or document delivery in the office\u2019s drop box.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>A partir del 3 de enero de 2023, las oficinas de CLASI volver\u00e1n a abrir a posibles clientes no programados o clientes que ingresen.<\/p>\n<p>CLASI mantiene su compromiso de servir a nuestros clientes y la comunidad durante la amenaza actual para la salud p\u00fablica, mientras se esfuerza por mantener seguros a personas vulnerables y a los clientes con las precauciones de salud adecuadas.
