Unidad de Inmigración

We represent immigrant survivors of domestic violence, trafficking, or other violent crime, as well as abused, abandoned, or neglected immigrant children and youth, to help them achieve safety and stability.

Our Services

We provide free legal assistance to immigrants in the following areas:

  • U Visa petitions for victims of crime, including domestic violence
  • T Visa petitions for survivors of human trafficking
  • Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) petitions for abused, abandoned, or neglected children and youth
  • Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) self-petitions for abused spouses and children of U.S. citizens or permanent residents
