COVID-19 Updates

Beginning January 3, 2023, CLASI’s offices will reopen to unscheduled prospective clients or clients walking in on certain days and times. We will conduct intakes by phone or in person. All individuals completing an intake in person will be asked to wear a mask and answer health screening questions. Our offices will be open for intake as follows:

Kent County
In Person: Mon. and Weds., 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
By Phone: Mon. to Fri., 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

New Castle County
In Person: Mon. to Fri., 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
By Phone: Mon. to Fri., 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Sussex County
In Person: Mon. and Wed., 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
By Phone: Mon. to Fri., 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Please note: All visitors/clients/guests entering CLASI offices must wear a mask; if they do not have one, staff can give them a CLASI-provided mask. They will also be asked health screening questions. If a visitor/client/guest answers yes to any of the questions, they will not be permitted to enter the office to be served in person; however, staff will serve the client virtually by phone, Zoom, and/or document delivery in the office's drop box.
