Qualified Tenant Advocates Approved by Delaware Supreme Court
Effective March 1, 2022, the Delaware Supreme Court will allow for Qualified Tenant Advocates to represent Tenants in eviction cases at court, increasing tenant access to legal aid. Study Finds 723% Return on Investment in Legal Aid
A recently completed study on the social return on investment in legal aid in Delaware found that every $1 investment in legal aid returns $7.23 in economic benefit for Delaware and its communities.
