CLASI Adopts Strategic Plan

At its meeting on April 26, 2018, the CLASI Board of Directors adopted a new strategic plan for the organization. The plan outlines a vision in which CLASI provides high-quality, creative individual and systemic legal aid to Delaware’s most vulnerable citizens; is a healthy, dynamic, collaborative, and progressive workplace that encourages diversity and growth of staff; and in which CLASI increases funding, visibility in the community, and diversity of resources to provide services. The plan is flexible enough to grow with CLASI while providing concrete steps in order to achieve the ambitious vision of the organization. Read the full plan here.
